3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sora89 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from a failure to safeguard your login credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Before processing your first withdrawal, sora89 will require you to complete our KYC verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and, where required, a selfie holding your identity document. sora89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Currency. All accounts are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in IDR unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sora89 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata); e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); and any additional methods displayed at the time of transaction on the Platform. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum/maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform cashier page and may be updated from time to time. As a general guideline, minimum deposits begin at Rp 50.000 and minimum withdrawals at Rp 50.000, though specific limits per method may vary.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your sora89 account upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds by sora89's payment processor. Most deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited within minutes. sora89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by sora89 within a target timeframe of five (5) minutes for standard requests following successful KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional security checks are required. sora89 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your sora89 account are legitimate in origin, are not derived from any unlawful activity, and are not being used for the purposes of money laundering or financial fraud. sora89 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where such evidence cannot be satisfactorily provided.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months will be classified as inactive. sora89 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month from the balance of an inactive account after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by sora89 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.6 Bonus Abuse. sora89 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, the use of automated betting systems, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of errors or loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, sora89 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the offending account.

6.2 Fairness and RNG. All non-live casino games on the sora89 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified to produce statistically random and fair outcomes. sora89 does not manipulate outcomes in any manner.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by sora89. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at our sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds displayed were incorrect due to a technical fault, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
6.4 Technical Faults. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sora89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. 9.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, sora89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. sora89 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
10.1 Data Handling. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by sora89 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your sora89 account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. 13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
14.1 Right to Amend. sora89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the sora89 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
